The only concern we had was the price. Staff was lovely. Location perfect.

We were 100% delighted with the hotel and our room. The location was wonderful. One comment of constructive criticism is that one piece of carry on luggage was damaged upon arrival. We left it in storage while our room was being prepared. When it was delivered with the other two pieces it was roughly handled so the handle got stuck in the up position. The staff graciously repaired the handle but it is now not easy to use. Upon departure the other piece of carry on luggage was taken by the staff to the taxi. It was hit on the curb so that a piece of the luggage broke off (it is a hard case shell). I wish I had not let anyone take it from me. It was placed in the taxi and other than that had been in my possession. It was handed to your staff in perfect condition. It is a beautiful white Travel Pro and had never been checked just carried on and was it's third time traveling. So we both had luggage damaged at the hotel. Sorry to complain as everything else was perfect! Many thanks.

This hotel is an outstanding small French hotel. The personal service is excellent. Sabine was absolutely outstanding in helping us with her concierge services. These people were also most gracious and helpful: Patrick, Matthieu, Flora and Laura. We were advised regarding the most delicious restaurants and the best sights. Directions were always provided and we really learned our way around the 6th with the help of your fine staff. We cannot thank you enough for a most beautiful visit to Paris. Unforgettable!
We were able to get an early check-in and eventually we could change our room which was much bigger! Hotel staff were very nice!
The hotel is charming and the staff are extremely helpful for first time visitors to Paris. We were in a duplex with the bathroom on the first floor. We had no problems with that but that may be an issue for others. The bathtub was great for an end of the day relaxing soak. It feels like we are being welcomed to someone's home rather than checking into a hotel. The area around the hotel are full of shops, bakeries, markets to explore. We didn't go to any of the famous, probably touristy, boulangeries or bistros because the ones near the hotel are so convenient and were excellent to our taste anyway. We will be back. Have to figure out a way to telecommute from Paris. The breakfast didn't vary much from day to day but I was happy to get some fruit and yogurt and hot coffee and save some room to pick up pastries when we went out. We had a small hiccup at the hotel and they addressed it quickly.
A wonderful boutique hotel with outstanding service and ambience in the heart of Saint Germain
